Right now I'm working on a figurative series called Monster Attachments. These paintings have been haunting me for some time...Here is one of them. I originally painted this bleak landscape in 2014. Later, going through my news clippings, I came across a family of Macaque monkeys huddled together. Through the process of pairing them, a painting with a strong environmental message emerged.
